After testing I am convinced this is a wonderful pair.
I can see my discolorations slowly fading. My fine lines are fading too.
And the introduction of Polyglutamic acid in the moisturizer instead of hyaluronic acid makes the skin feel so hydrated. Polyglutamic acid is new and it holds 5 times more water than Hyaluronic acid. I'm thinking our friends with super dry skin are going to go crazy for this. Yet my slightly oily skin loves it too!

I used Retin-A for a long time. It wasn't ever really moisturizing, but it helped my acne. As I got older, it didn't work so much. Even the stronger strengths didn't do much but make my skin dry. This Bakuchiol moisturizer is awesome! It smooths fine lines and makes my skin soft, dewy and smooth. And doesn't break me out, which happens with a lot of creams. I use the Oregano scrub in the shower, the NEW Anti-Acne Cream (I will review that separately) and this moisturizer. Between this and the Copper Peptide and Vitamin C glow every other night, I now have a regimen! My skin was so temperamental and acne prone, I have never had a regimen of the same brand. Or even a regimen that tackled all my issues and not just the acne. Because so much anti-aging makes me break out. I am happy!
